Notice of Public Hearing May 1, 2012

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
IRONHOUSE SANITARY DISTRICT
TRUNKLINE AND PLANT CAPACITY FEE INCREASES

On Tuesday, May 1, 2012, the Ironhouse Sanitary District (ISD) Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to consider an adjustment in Trunkline and Plant Capacity fees for fiscal year 2012/2013. The proposed adjustments are based on the Ironhouse Sanitary District Capacity Fee Update Report from Bartle Wells Associates, ISD Ordinance No. 25 and includes the following:

Trunkline Fees
1. A $13.80 increase in the trunkline capacity fee which brings the fee to $654.30 per EDU.

Plant Capacity Fees
2. A $71.70 increase in the plant capacity fee which brings the fee to 3,403.20 per EDU.


The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at the Ironhouse Sanitary District Office, 450 Walnut Meadows Drive, Oakley, California.
