Summary
of Ordinance No. 51 and Order No. 13-20
Adjusting
the Sewer Service Charge
On Tuesday, June 4, 2013, after public
notice, the Ironhouse Sanitary District Board of Directors adopted its
Ordinance No. 51 and Order No. 13-20 (the “Ordinance”), summarized as follows.
The
sewer service charge of the Ironhouse Sanitary District shall remain the same at
the charge of $618 per equivalent service unit (ESU), effective July 1, 2013.
The
Board also made
certain related findings concerning notice, testimony presented, environmental
effects, etc. and designated the undersigned to prepare and publish this
summary in accordance with California Health and Safety Code Section 6490.
