Summary Of Ordinance No. 50 and Order
No. 13-11
Adjusting Trunkline Capacity and Plant
Capacity Fees
On
Tuesday, May 7, 2013, the Ironhouse Sanitary District Board of Directors
adopted its Ordinance No. 50 and Order No. 13-11 (the “Ordinance”),
summarized
as follows.
Based
on the Capacity Fee Update Report from the District’s financial consultants,
Bartle Wells Associates, and after extensive public notice, the following fees
of the Ironhouse Sanitary District are decreased as follows, effective July 8,
2013;
a.
The trunkline capacity fee shall remain the same at 640.50, keeping the fee
at the discounted rate of $640.50per equivalent service unit (ESU).
b.
The plant capacity fee shall remain the same at $3,331.50, keeping the
fee at the discounted rate of $3,331.50 per ESU.
The
Board also made
certain related findings concerning environmental effects and designated the
undersigned to prepare and publish this summary in accordance with California
Health and Safety Code Section 6490.
